Your rate is set the moment your trial ends, based on your rank among our client schools — then it never changes again for you. Up to 300 active students included, regardless of your rate.
Why this pricing model
A rate that increases with the size of the customer base isn't unusual for young software — the difference here is that your own rate never moves once it's set, even when ours changes for schools that sign up later. The first 10 schools pay $99 forever, not just during a launch promotion. It's a commitment, not an introductory discount that expires.
Compared to the cost of a single failed SAAQ inspection — files to reconstruct, recognition at risk, wasted office time — a three-digit monthly subscription remains a fraction of the risk it covers. The price isn't meant as the cost of software, but as the cost of knowing, every morning, where you actually stand.
Pricing questions
- What exactly happens at the end of the 8 weeks?
- The card you registered at signup is charged the rate matching your signup rank, and an email confirms it before the charge happens. If your school made little use of the app during the trial, we'd rather extend it a bit than bill a half-configured account — see the FAQ.
- What happens if we go over 300 active students?
- Creating new files is blocked past 300 active students, with a clear message to write to us about a higher plan — no surprise billing, no silent block.
- Does the rate include sending SMS?
- Reminders are logged without being sent as long as real SMS sending isn't explicitly enabled — see the Privacy page for exactly what that changes in practice.
